We are excited to be recruiting for our new role of Quality Manager. We are looking for someone to join our team that strives to deliver quality care standards throughout our trust.

This is a full-time role and will be on a temporary 12-month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for

  • Working closely with support managers and their teams to enhance the quality of support we provide and ensure we deliver an excellent standard of support.
  • Completing a range of audits, analysing data, producing and monitor performance to ensure locations are compliant with CQC standards, statutory guidance and legislation.
  • identifying, implementing and evaluating opportunities for improvement and development.

Skills and knowledge, we are looking for

  • Hold an HNC or NVQ Level 5 qualification social care qualification
  • Previous experiences of working in the health and social care sector
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Have experience in implementing quality improvements
  • Hold a valid UK drivers’ licence
